Pollock
Pollock is famous for its nutritive qualities and taste characteristics. Pollock meat is tender and soft, it has no sharp aftertaste. It has a light sweetish taste reminiscent of a crab meat. Pollock is easy to fillet because it has no bones between the muscle tissues, and it is suitable for cooking all kinds of dishes.
In our Far East pollock is caught in the Bering Sea and in the Sea of Okhotsk. It prefers cold and clear waters with temperatures ranging between 0 and 10°С, thus retaining its highly nutritious qualities and a wonderful taste.
